Aster Group - Neil Lloyd, Network Support Engineer
The Aster Group is a thriving partnership providing homes and housing related services in central southern and south west England. A number of years back the directors of the company decided that they wanted to more closely manage the Internet use of their staff. They ultimately invested in a SurfControl Web filtering system as it offered flexibility combined with the ability to configure the protection to exactly meet their needs.
Recently, they decided to update their solution and asked Caudex to help them implement this on a new server running Microsoft ISA. Neil Lloyd, network support engineer at Aster said, “Caudex provided a great deal of support to get us up and running without any problems. Their knowledge of the product is second to none.”
